Debut: The Audi RS 2 Avant debuted in March 1994 at the Geneva Motor Show.

Price: When the Audi RS2 Avant was initially released in 1994, it was priced at approximately £45,705 in the UK and 98,900 Deutsche Marks in Germany, which was about $120,000 USD at that time. Today, the average selling price for an '94 RS2 is $60,000. It is important to note that the RS2 was not originally available for sale in the United States due to the 25-year import rule, as the car did not comply with U.S. safety standards.

Production number: Only 2,891 Audi RS2's were made.
