The Anniversary Troop Pack was part of a four-set series known as the Anniversary Edition (AE). These sets were released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Halo: Combat Evolved. The series included the AE: UNSC Troop Pack, the AE: UNSC Spartan II, the AE: UNSC Warthog, and the AE: Floodgate.
The Anniversary Edition series was exclusively available at Toys R Us.
Buyer Beware: There are at least five "Unofficial" versions of this set. Please refer to the information in the last section of this post.

Can you identify the "real" Anniversary Troop Pack in the images below?
If you selected any of these, you are incorrect. They are all "fakes." The origin of the widespread distribution of these unofficial sets remains unclear. Some collectors recall purchasing these sets in stores towards the end of their availability.
The box and packaging of both the genuine and unofficial sets are identical, making it challenging to distinguish the unofficial sets. In the authentic set, all figures predominantly feature green. The fake sets can be easily identified by the presence of at least one blue figure in the pack.
